Intro

FinXL is seeking an Associate Executive Assistant to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading banking client on a key transformation engagement. This role sits within the FinXL Associate Program, offering a unique launchpad for professionals with 12 months of experience looking to break into Project Management or Business Analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Support two Executive Managers within IT leadership and their broader chapters.

  • Proactively manage complex diaries, calendars, and room bookings.

  • Oversee executive mailboxes, ensuring priority items are escalated efficiently.

  • Assist in creating project packs, reporting templates, and presentation decks.

  • Coordinate engagement activities for Project and Business Analysis communities.

  • Gain hands-on exposure to enterprise project frameworks and Agile methodologies.

  • Balance high-level executive coordination with strategic project support.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 12 months of experience in a professional commercial environment.

  • Prior experience in an EA, Team Assistant, or Project Coordinator role.

  • Strong interest in Project Management, Change Management, or Business Analysis.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive environments.

  • High level of organisation with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset.

  • Ability to work from the Brisbane CBD office at least 3 days per week.

  • Full working rights in Australia are required.
